I was having battery issues with my company vehicle. Stopped at a couple of places that I normally go to because of my schedule, and they were either three days out or eight deep and two inside. Unfortunately I called Thatcher’s close to their quitting time, explained my situation, was told by Brian to c’mon over we’ll take a look and try to help. Found out the battery was shot and needed to be replaced, I was back on the road in approximately 30 minutes. A huge thank you to Brian and Aaron that were willing to go the extra mile to help me, much appreciated! Excellent customer service!
